The Beaufort County Senior
Leadership Program

We Believe in Learning

For 25 years Clemson University Extension has conducted with the co-sponsorship of Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce this unique learning program. Meet and learn from community experts. Explore local history and current issues in and around Beaufort County.

The Program

The Leadership Program provides information about civic,
social, and educational activities. Beaufort County Senior Leadership expands awareness about daily life in the lowcountry and helps participants navigate their way toward identifying volunteer and community involvement.

Our Mission

For over 100 years the Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service (CES) has provided a wide range of programs and services targeted to improve the general welfare and quality of life of the citizens across South Carolina.

Ongoing Commitment

Today in Beaufort County our legacy of service continues through a variety of low country program offerings led by Clemson Extension agents and staff personnel. Programs include 4-H, (our youth development program) Master Gardener, agricultural workshops, and soil testing,
